WHERE DO I FIND RATES?
Book Andrea makes it easy with a flat rate of $75 for rides in the 80238, 80010, 80207 & 80239 zip code areas. Most zip codes just beyond this perimeter are $85.

When a ride is requested through the site, a zip code is required and any rate beyond the standard $75 will be communicated through a text message after the ride is approved. Please message if you would like the rate quote before requesting a ride.

HOW DO I BOOK BOTH PICK UP AND DROP OFF AT THE AIRPORT?
To book rides to and from the airport, request each ride separately as ”TO the airport" and “FROM the airport” so you can select the date and time for each.

HOW DOES GETTING PICKED UP AT THE AIRPORT WORK?
Book Andrea will track your flight via the flight info provided in  both your request and in your follow up information form link that is sent to you via text when your ride request is approved. BE SURE TO BOOK THE TIME YOUR PLANE IS SCHEDULED TO LAND — this is important for scheduling your 90 minute time frame. Through the Flight Aware tracking app, I will know if you are landing late, early, or on time. Upon landing you will receive a message to establish contact and next steps. The additional information google form will let me know if you need to collect baggage, pass through customs or both. 
 
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY RIDE?
As of right now, Book Andrea accepts cash, Venmo or Zelle to pay for your ride. Payment is not expected until your ride is complete. I can give you a QR code to scan during your ride or send you a link through text message after your ride is complete. Receipts are available upon request, emailed within 24 hours.

WHAT ABOUT TIPS?
Tips in addition to the standard rate are always appreciated and are the main reason I have held my $75 flat rate for the past 4 years despite rising costs in gas and maintenance. If you feel like your ride was worth adding gratuity- please do! Repeat customers and serving friendly community members are also wonderful!

WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT BOOK ANDREA TO ARRIVE?
Usually my goal is to arrive 5 minutes prior to your pickup time for rides to DIA. For rides from DIA, I try to arrive in the area within a reasonable time after you touch down. Depending upon your airline, gate location, young travelers accompanying and baggage pick up, it is usually anywhere from 20 minutes to 40 minutes after you land. 

WHAT AREA DO YOU SERVICE?
Book Andrea generally remains in the NE Denver area, primarily serving the community of Central Park, North Aurora, Park Hill & City Park. 

DO YOU DO RIDES BEYOND TO/FROM DIA?
98% of my rides are to and from DIA. I do not enjoy or find concert rides to be valuable to my service model, and will most likely say No to a concert ride request. However, I have occasionally honored a request for a ride helping out in additional ways around town and do enjoy changing things up from time to time.
